I'm at my wits end with your so called customer service.

For the last 4 months I have been unable to pay my account via credit card. It keeps on giving me a message "access denied"
I have phoned the call center numerous time and every time they advise me to email. I have sent numerous emails to various departments and have not received 1 response. Or they try and force me to take a debit order. The funny thing is I get numerous calls from your insurance department trying to sell insurance for my decoder.

Can somebody please assist me
