I made my monthly subscription payment on 01 September 2013. Only to be told a few weeks later that payment was not received. I have proof of payment from Multichoice and a bank statement verifying the payment did go through. After a tug of war battle with Multichoice and numerous trips to and from multichoice in Randburg as well as numerous on peak calls to the customer care number I was eventually told that the payment made via my debit card was taken on an incorrect swipe machine. I have on numerous occasions requested feedback from Multichoice after my visits and phone calls to them but to no avail. I am extremely disgusted at the service level I have received and the agents have the audacity to ask me to switch to a debit order facility. REALLY!!! So multichoice can debit as and when they please with any amounts!!! Who is going to reimburse me for my trips to the mulichoice offices and for the phone calls made. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately and multichoice to offer me a concession out of GOODWILL
