To Whom it may concern

FNB insurance brokers apparently made a couple of changes without notifications of changes as well as changed my policy schedule insurer company, increased my premiums from a R1632.20 p.m. to a brand new premium of R3573.09p.m. I was totally unaware of anything until I spoke to my FNB Premier Banker on 2013-11-18 with regards to other matters, whereby he highlighted this massive debit order that went off my cheque account. He advise me that it is auto and general insurance that made the debit order, however I am with FNB insurance, ..

After numerous calls and approx. 4hrs on the phone to attempt resolving it, this is the result:
FNB insurance did a migration from Santam limited insurer to numerous others insurers, BEST OF ALL: numerous other clients weren't informed of such changes according to FNB insurance broker, some error on their side. I was told I signed the policy that states FNB has full authority to perform changes on a policy to my best interests without consent etc. Once I requested all apparent evidence non has been provided. Received callback, answer given I will remain on my agreed policy and refunded. NO SUCH LUCK NOR FEEDBACK. BIG
