Cancellation of decoder insurance

Last week Thursday 5th September, I received an email regarding the cost for the insurance on my PVR. In the meantime I have took out insurance on my house and so the insurance covers my decoder just like the one I have with Multichoice. Therefore I wanted to cancel my insurance on my decoder which I have with multichoice because the less money I can give them, the better for me!! This is a result of poor service always!! Nevertheless, I received an automated email response back from Multichoice saying thank you for the email with a case number and that someone will contact me shortly. Anyway, the Saturday 7th September, no response from them and I mailed them again on the 7th September. The Tuesday 10th September, still no response!!! For all 3 emails I have sent, I received an automated email back which means I have the email address correct, I know I have it correct because I copied it from Multichoice signature. Anyway, it's Wednesday the 11th September, still no response!!! What should I do? They don't worry when you call and that's why they place you in a Q when calling which also takes forever!! They don't have competition and so they dont care about customer satisfaction!
