I contacted IN-ZANE KREYATIONS on Saturday 26 Oct 2013. I spoke to Shauny who came across very impatient as I asked her a few questions about the waterslide that I was interested in and that if it was available I wanted to make payment. She then gave me a mouth full of about how busy she is and she is not interested in stuff for next week and her priorities is on what she was currently doing and then I said to her - YOU ARE VERY RUDE... she then slammed the phone down on me. Since we were so desperate for her waterslide, my husband did an online booking twice. This morning (28.10.2013) I sent her a sms asking if she received the online booking. She then called me back, asking if I was the lady that said she was rude, I said yes, she then said well I don't want to get into it with you, and never apologized. Mysteriously she never received the online booking, after we received confirmation. And the waterslides were all booked till next week as well... SHE IS JUST A RUDE I hope people see this women's true colours and never give her business. I hate RUDE and Arrogant people. She is definitely in the wrong profession. She is a party business after all...
