Distorted reception continuous after promises

Our M-Net became distorted after the switch over as a result of the Cape TV channel story.

After numerous calls and e-mails, the problem still persists! More than once have I been promised that a technician will contact me to make an appointment: IT IS THE END OF OCTOBER and I'm still waiting!

Multichoice hardly responds to one's e-mails and when I phoned their helpline for this specific problem the consultant seemed rather defeated and unable to do more but to confirm that there is a problem and that SOMEONE will contact me. The consultant could not supply any contact details or even make an appointment. I'm still waiting.

Why does one have to struggle to this extent to get good service, ANY SERVICE for that matter? Why does Multichoice make promises that they cannot keep? FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, CAN'T THEY KEEP THEIR OWN HOUSE?
