I so unhappy with service that i have received with multi-choice as i made a payment twice which was on the 6th August of R385 and on the 27th was a payment of R350, which was supposed to fall into a month of Sep since I was in advance with my payment. The dstv was then disconected as they i was informed that the was no payment for Sep. On the 9th Oct i visited multichoice in Maponya and was informed to pay R316 and each and everytime i was taken from one place to another and spend long hours on the phone with no one to assist me. on the 15th Oct i spoke to Themba who couldn't be of any help insteaad he disconnected my functionality and i couldnty view any channels Yesterday. I then made another call and spoke to Tshepo who informed that my account was doulble and spend time with him over an hour and im not happy with the multi coice service it and all my is gone with no viewing.
