During the month of november i had to pay my dstv account, i was advised to pay the full amount including late payment fees which i did, after i phoned multi choice to change my payment date from 20th to 27th of each month... now in december i went back to pay my normal instalment which is 275.00 and after i phone multi choice, ... i was shocked when they told me i still have to pay R63 for changing my payment date... im not prepared to pay that amount cause i was not told by the consultant that i need to pay for changing my payment date!!! on top of it al i spoke to one of their supervisors today who wasnt much of a help and told me i have to pay i dont!!! and he was very rude... im really angry and with multi choice's services!!!
