Month End off Line

Why are that all multi choice services centres or even the other retailers where the DSTV payments are supposed to be made are always off line during month end, which is when most people make their payments. On the other hand Multichoice always cut off their connection on the last day of the month? since friday the 27th I've been in and out of Pic n pay, Spar and Pep stores to try and make my payment and they were all offline. I have tried again this afternoon, they are still off line. Multichoice is going to charge the reconnection fee for late payment of which it's not the customers fault that the systems are offline. The very same thing happened last month, they were offline until the 3rd of the month.

After last month's frustration with trying to make payment, i called the call centre to activate a debit order payment option of which according to the consultant it was activated, to my surprise there was no debit on my account on the 25th of September as I requested, hence im in and out of Pic n pay trying to make a payment.
