Account cant be sorted out

I made a payment in November with the incorrect ref: number, when payment was made it was emailed directly from my Capitec bank account, Up to now I have sent the same payment confirmation to about 4 different Multichoice ppl, on top of that each month I still resend that same proof of payment to the accounts department, and they keep tell me it will be sorted, in the mean time I get disconnected every moth then spend another half hour or more on my phone trying to get my DSTV reconnected. Today I checked my account and the payment id still not been deducted!!!
I can not believe it takes this long to locate a payment in the suspence account!!!
