Payment not reflecting in my account

On Sunday 04.01.2014 I made a payment of R683.33 to Multi-choice using my FNB Credit Card When speaking with Tshireletso on Sunday, querying why my service was still not restored (3 hrs after payment) she said that she could not pick up a payment made by me. I told her that I paid through the Pay-U system but it was clear that she did not know what this was. After telling her that I sms'd my Smart card # 4103595653 to 30601, and that I received an sms with a link to the Pay-U website where I filled in my Credit card details, she still could not figure out what I was saying. I then decided to call the Pay-U call centre where I was given a Secure payment Reference number 45285516 to confirm that indeed this money was received by them for Multichoice.
On Monday morning I called again and this time I spoke to Bongeka Ngubane who also did not know anything about Pay-U, and kept on insisting that the Secure pay Ref was another customer's Customer Number. I called again and this time I spoke to Thulani Manyane, who said I must email my proof of payment (which I did), but my account still does not reflect this payment that I made.
I am asking for this matter to be resolved today
