Where do i start? Since October 2013, i have been having a major issue with my Multi-choice account and no one seems to be competent enough to resolve my matter. Month after month multichoice tries to run a debit order off my husbands old ABSA account, and our services get disconnected due to a bounce on debit order?
I then call them, send through proof of payment... get reconnected... only to be disconnected again during that month because they are not competent enough to trace a payment. I have just about had enough from Multichoice. Please get someone competent to respond to my complaint and to deal with my account. PROOF OF PAYMENT MEANS THAT PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE!!! So i do not know what the problem seems to be? Our service has once again been disconnected because we are R2096.33 in arrears? Are you people out of your minds. My husband got so upset that we made another payment which means you are owing us money. I expect this matter to be attend to immediately or i will report a case of and take my matter further!
