Why do I pay the ridiculous amount of R695 when I cannot watch anything? I have a PVR decoder with extra view, the extra view is working but I cannot watch any of my channels. Noneof my recordings for the day were recorded, I cannot access catch up or box office. I tried calling the call centre with no success for the first few tries. When I did eventually get through I was on hold until my airtime ran out, 18 minutes. Why should I pay my fees on time every month to aoid being cut off when they cant do their jobs and keep me connected? Will they be giving me discount for the inconvenience? Really considering cancelling my service. But would they really care?
