I've recently connected extra view to my current subscription with Dstv. Happy to say the least that it was activated and working in a few minutes at first, well that lasted for two days. Then I started picking up an error so I decided to contact the call centre. After I waited 5 minutes following all the steps to be proceeded to an extra view consultant, I finally got through to a lady. She then forwarded me to a extra view department, which just rang till my call cut. Got through 2nd time and the exact same thing happened again. Very irritated I got through for the 3rd time to a guy named Averson Naidoo (name provided by Tumelo his fellow consultant) I told him about the problem which he put me on hold to speak to his supervisor, he then took down my details and promised I'll receive a call in 5-10 minutes which never came. I called in 2 more times and finally got through to tumelo today. After holding on for their system errors and so on, he came back to notify me that my decoder is the problem. I've taken my decoder direct to multi choice Pmb where I activated extra view, it was updated and stated that the decoder is fine. 5 attempts and still have the problem!
