Paying but unable to view channels

I reported a problem to Multichoice on SS4 (204) channel that was giving me problem on live programs. Nothing has improved and the problem has worsen to another channels. i am loosing channels everyday. I never miss payment to my DSTV. I took a decoder to them to check and there was no problem on my decoder. I now have to beg my neighbours to watch the games while i am paying subscription every month. Every time i have to reboot the machine and take out the smart card for me to watch games. One day between Pirates and Polokoane City game it switched off halfway through.
