I was connected to the Compact bouquet and upgraded to the full bouquet which I often do to watch a rugby game. I don't watch other channels thus the reason why I don't need the full bouquet. On 28.09.13 I activated the full bouquet with extra-view. From Tuesday 01.10.13 I have been struggling my off to disconnect the full bouquet and reconnect to the Compact with Extra View. I have made NUMEROUS calls to the call center during the day and night. They are always either busy with maintenance or you cant get through to Extra View consultants. The call center put you through to them but the line rings for 10 seconds and then disconnect. On three occasions they promised a Manager will phone me to resolve the issue but this never happened... surprised??? I DONT WANT THE PREMIUM BOUQUET and I will NOT pay a cent for the extra days. Why don't YOU rather refund ME for all my calls made and time wasted, that will obviously never happen because I am just 1 small complaining client in your 50 million client base!! Please just make my day and disconnect me permanently because I am fed up with Multichoice and DSTV!!!
