No Surround Sound at Forways movies

I used to go to movies at Fourways Mall over /- 5 years ago and stopped going because I found that in most cases and in most of the movie houses at Forways, I never heard any surround sound. Sound was only coming from the front speakers in the move house. I moved my movies to Sandton City and Cedre Square, where surround sound is normally always working and sounds great. I went this weekend past again to Fourways and again no surround sound!

Come on guys I am not asking for Foruways to have High resolution 4X at 48 Frames a second with 7.1 surround sound, but surely 5.1 surround sound should be working. Truly disgusting that after /- 5 years still no fix for the surround sound! 5.1 Dolby digital or DTS has been out for more than 10 years and used to work at Fourways. Also I can clearly see the surround sound speakers in the movie house on the side walls and back walls.

If broken then please fix or replace or get your staff to actually switch on surround sound, etc.
