Paying but partial service

Hi

Our PVR decoder is not working. We cannot view any channels on the PVR decoder or access the DSTV recoded material. So we are down to one viewing output from the extra view in our bedroom. Our guests can't watch any TV! Very frustrating.

We've called Multichoice four times to rectify this but there's been no positive outcome. The telephones were down for the first two times then their adverts went on for so long we ran out of airtime. Not on Multichoice;; please advertise on your own bill.
