DSTV poor service and no response from call centre

I just get a blue DSTV sign ad loading on my TV, HD PVR not working no signal and no response from any of the call centres in SA that I phoned - PE, JNB, Pretoria etc.

This must be one of the worst Companies in SA for customer service.

They are however very good at taking my money for a service I am not getting.

DSTV you are the pits!!!
