I'm furious!! Called call centre today coz I'm only able to watch a handful of useless channels like SABC. 1st helped by Malebo, spoke to her for 13 mins & airtime finished, and the problem was worse. Phoned again, spoke to beauty, I think, and asked to be put to Malebo to finalise problem, told I can't, then new agent attempted to help me, not only made my problem worse but now my dstv is dead! Says no signal I can't even watch SABC!!! As I was talking I told her my airtime is getting finished and she keeps telling me to do uselss things that are not helping. And what do you know, my airtime finished, no call back from her nothing. So I'm sitting with a dead decoder and a rising temper! I also fopund out from Malebo that while I was told I am paying extra for extra view, this service is actually free! I demand you play back those tapes as proof and refund me the extra money I have paid for extra view. I also demand you call me or send someone to come and fix this dstv and refund me for these hours I spent without dstv. Also went on holiday and left programs. Record came back only a few recorded and majority didn't. I'm highly upset at this incompetence
