Its been 10 Months and still NO response

I cancelled my dstv at the end of November 2012.The call centre consultant told me that my DSTV would be switched of @ 12 on the 25 of December 2012. That was what I had asked for. I had cancelled my debit order, but on the 28th of January 2013 a debit order of R560 was deducted from my account. I phoned the DSTV call centre and explained my situation. Then the consultant informed me that on the system it shows that I had cancelled my DSTV but it was never done and he/she will do it now. The Money that was deducted of my account will be refunded by Middle February. Middle February came and went and I did not receive anything from DSTV/Multi-Choice. On the 24th of April I phoned the call centre again. Spoke to a consultant with the name Olifant. I explained my whole situation AGAIN.!!! My ref nr for that call is:12954041.He informed me that he did process the payment and that I will receive it within the next 7 working days. Its October now.10 months later and still NOTHING. On the 1st of October, today! I had a amount of R637 deducted of my account with the reference MULTICHOICE.!! I DEMAND that they contact ME to sort this out. If I phone you nothing happens.
