CALL CENTRE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I have been trying to get hold of the call centre to resolve an issue with my Smartcard which is now suddenly " INVALID ", I PHONE & HOLD ON FOR 30 minutes - nobody responds, music playing the entire time. I also lodged a contact me email - NOBODY calls back!!
