ON OCTOBER I PHONED THEIR CALL CENTRE TO GIVE A MONTH NOTICE FOR MY DSTV AS I WAS MOVING PREMISES ON THE 30/11/2013. I NFORMED THE AGENT OF MY INTENTIONS. MY DSTV WAS DISCONNECTED BY THE INSTALLER ON THE 01/12/2012. I STORED MY FURNITURE AT THE CAPE TOWN STORAGE. ON THE 27/12/2012 I MOVED TO THE NEW PLACE & THE DSTV WAS CONNECTED ON THE 29/12/12. I GOT AN SMS THAT I OWE R650.00 I PHONED & I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY WILL LISTEN TO MY CALL. I PHONED TODAY & I HEARD THAT I OWE R806.01 & THIS MANDLA GUY TOLD ME THAT HE LISTENED TO THE CALL & I SAID I WILL PHONE AGAIN. I ASKED ME WHY I PHONED & GIVE THEM A MONTH NOTICE? HE INFORMED THAT I CAN GO TO THE MULTICHOICE TO LISTEN TO THE CALL. I SAID THIS NOT FAIR. I THINK I NEED TO LIVE WITHOUT DSTV. WHEN I GOT HOME HE HAS SUSPENDEND MY ACCOUNT. I THINK THAT MADE FEEL GOOD. THE PEOPLE NOW MUST'NT COMPLAIN AT MULTICHOICE NOW WHEN THEY ARE NOT HAPPY? JUST BECAUSE THEY 'VE GOT POWER ON PEOPLE'S ACCOUNT THEY CAN DO WHATEVER IT SUITES THEM.?
