Ig time liars

As with regards to my previous complaints over a 4 month or more period, top TV put out the std response'the complaint has been logged and passed on to the relevant dept. ' this I have noted is a std response to make it seem as if the matter is being resolved. The call centre promptly called me as with the previous times. Promises made and techincian despatched. Follow 8up calls arranging ofappointment for tech. To come out is set up. The tech calls and says he is on his way and never pitches. Next day he calls and apologizes and says his leaving @12 and will be here soon. I wait again. No tech. Phones again after 2days. H will be coming today but his coming with. Top TV's investors. Right from the top. The big guns. 'Investors' why would investors come out on a service call. And not 1 but a few. He says I shouldn't be alarmed at so many people coming along 'they just want to understand the problem'. So I say no problem. Just make sure that you call me a before you come so that I can informy neibourhood security to pitch up as escort and please ask all representatives of top TV to
bring employment identity cards with. Suspicious. Since Thurs he hasn't come. No calls or anything.
