Why is there Investors in our Country!!!

I have been registering and searching for Investors for the last 7 months. I have registered on the Angel Investment Network, I have paid R1499-00 apparently it is the best packaga/deal and lots of Investors will see the proposal, but guess what two months down the line and I need to pay another R499-00 which will just give me more Investors, AND STILL I DON'T HAVE ANY INVESTORS AND, I DON'T HAVE ANOTHER R499-00. All I want to do is start my OWN business, but unfortunately being a single mother I do need AN INVESTOR to start of my business.

ALL I NEED IS AN INVESTOR WHO IS WILLING TO HELP ME!!!
