Telkom is a JOKE!

Well where do I start? I have been having problems with my ADSL since they have installed it. I have logged to many calls with the customer call centre and they have sent tech after tech to TRY and sort out the problem. My ADSL connects to the server exchange then it drops, reconnects and then drops again. One tech told me it is a tree causing the problem - funny as trees do not interfere with radio and electrical frequency. I have had an open call logged with this joke of a company since the 22nd of November. Now that I have continued to phone and complain they are doing nothing. I pay every month and still have no joy with them. Well now I am not paying anymore.
