I received a call from the Telkom Technician on Wednesday 13/03/2013, informing me that he would come out on Thursday 14/03/2013 to install my Telkom Telephone line and ADSL line. I phoned the Telkom call centre on Wednesday afternoon to confirm that the Tech would be out on Thursday, which they confirmed. I took a days leave, as they could not inform me of a time the Tech would be out, by 11:30 on Thursday 14/03/2013 I still had not heard from Telkom so I once again phoned the call centre, who assured me that the tech would be out. Eventually just before 16:00 I phoned Telkom again, and got the Tech's number and phoned him and asked if he was coming out, to which I got a response he would call me back! I am still waiting for the call from the Tech, and i am still without a telephone and ADSL line.
