More than a month waiting for phone line

I ordered a phone line from Telkom on Feb 2. The rep told me it would take between 5 and 7 days. Agent called me on the 11th to tell me the tech will install my line on the 12th. I asked them to give me a call in advance. I received no calls. On the 13th the agent called me again and said they couldn't get hold of me, we rescheduled for the 15th. Nobody showed up and no calls received. The 19th an agent called again explaining they found a underground cable fault that needed to be repaired first. We rescheduled for the 26th. Around 3PM on the 26th the technician calls and apologizes that he can't make it. He is booked for Thursday but can help me Friday the 28th. I reluctantly agree. Thursday 28th Feb another agent called me and told me the first tech available can only be dispatched Tuesday 5th Mar. I pleaded with him and a technician was scheduled for the 1st Mar. Tech shows up and tells me they need to replace another line, it'll take another week. Waited the week, nothing happened. Spoke to Telkom Direct Manager Thabo on 11th March. He emailed relevant parties and promised to call me before the end of the day. No call received.

BAD COMMUNICATION, NO ETA AND ZERO SERVICE!
