Buy expensive tickets for seats - SIT ON THE FLOOR

I was extremely disappointed with the service we received Sunday at Moses Mabhida stadium for the Morocco vs South Africa game.
We had tickets for Block 101, row 23 seat numbers 1-4.

When we arrived there were already people in our seats that refused to move.

We called security and authorities multiple times for assistance. Authorities argued with the people in our seats and although they did not present their tickets, authorities were unable to move these people.

We were left feeling intimidated and had to sit on the concrete floor as our seats were taken making our experience a terrible one. This is unacceptable as we paid a lot of money only to sit on the floor.
