No follow up and exceptionally poor signal

It's the same complaint as my previous two since November so here is a short summary:

1.) I have very poor signal at my house and virtually all my calls drop from home
2.) I have phoned multiple times to have this addressed
3.) I've been passed from pillar to post and was eventually promised two things by a lady from the "Escalations dept" by the name of Portia:
3.1) I will receive feedback from the Tech. Dept. on my signal problem
3.2) Cell C will compensate me for my dropped calls and the effect this has had on my ability to work from home
4.) A Technician was at my house on the 13th of Dec and confirmed there is a signal problem and that Cell C would contact me with a solution, his name was Mandla.
5.) I never received any feedback whatsoever and after phoning the call centre this afternoon to follow up (with 8 dropped calls in a row) I heard that the job was STILL with the technical dept.

Why hasn't anything happened since the 13th of Dec? Why haven't I received any feedback on my compensation? Why did I have to phone countless times over the past two months about the same issue (Check my cell number and call logs)?

I want answers Cell C!!!
