Seats in Bad Condition

I'm so disappointed in Ster-Kinekor. I really don't understand what qualifies the Rosebank Zone theater as a "Classic" the seats are in horrible condition yet customers pay over R50 for that. Even other junction theaters are better. This is should be "low-low grade" theater. I have notified them of this over a year ago on facebook and still no progress on fixing that, in the mean time they open a prestige theater and yet can't replace the other seats, this is shamefull of you. Every customer deserves half price for sitting in those horrible seats.

I have proof with pictures and I am going to get something done about this even if it means going to customer complaints or getting as many customers of that theater to petition and go else where for their movie experience, like Sandton City (just down the road).

SHAME SHAME on you, reaping people off. Lets get some action on this or we'll get customers to act.
