Bad service from Multichoice

I contacted Multichoice call centre as I need support with my ExtraView decoder, as it was give an error. The issue started on Saturday and I contacted them and spoke to one of the support guys and she assisted me and on Tuesday the issue started again and I contacted them and I spoke to Refilwe and she had a bad attitude and just told the I should call the installer as y cable is faulty and I informed her that I spoke to someone on Saturday and she assisted me. She turned around and told me that they were trained and she know what she is talking about. Which I felt that she wasn't assisting after I was on the phone with her for couple of minutes with my own airtime. I asked her if multichoice will cover for the installer to come and check the cable she the told me that I should go and read my contract. I felt she was unprofessional and didn't know what she was talking about. So yesterday when I got home I went through the step that I did with the support person on Saturday and the decoder started working and which I felt that the support I received was unprofessional and that they couldn't assist me at all. The service was bad and due to that I am thinking of cancelling.
