Faulty decoder - ZERO SUPPORT OR SERVICE

I phoned the contact centre on Monday, spoke to an agent and regrettably, I did not take his name. When he could not assist me, I asked to speak to someone senior. I was told that person was Neeta Khoosal but that she was busy at the time. He took my details and assured me that she would call me on Monday. That has not happened. I asked him for her name and email address so that I could contact in the event that I did not receive a phone call. I emailed her on Tuesday. Have had NO response.

I bought my mother an HD PVR for her birthday in January. I also bought a standard single view decoder to link to the PVR so that she can have extra view on her 2nd TV. I had an installer come and do the installation (accredited and referred by yourselves). There was a problem, the decoders were swopped by yourselves and the problem persists. My mother is a pensioner and cannot afford to pay an installer every time to come out or spend R70.00 on a phone call to your call centre. I want someone to contact me that can arrange for a Multichoice person to go out and sort this problem out. I want what I paid for!!!
