Refund still not received!!!

My husband accidently paid to much on our multichoice accout on the 30th of August. We immediatly phoned for a refund and it was explained that it will be processed and may take 10 days. I sent amail to confirm my banking details and to confirm as to when te refund would be done..to today I have not had a reply!

After a couple of days I phoned to confirm my banking details and it was confirmed that the refund was approved and our request will be complete in a few days. On the 6th I phoned again just to be told that the cheque came back because of the wrong surname on the cheque (I confirmed the banking details twice!)

The call centre promised that the money would be paid into my account on the 9th of September to no avail!!! on the 10th another callcentre agent confirmed that the cheque was deposited at 14:00 on the 10th! Yet agian nothing in my account!

Today is the 13 and I still have no refund! This is the worst service I have ever received!
