I paid my account on the 26th of August as the 25th was a Sunday, I do and EFT every month and I always pay before 9:00 in the morning either the 25th or the 26th of the Month, depending on which day it falls.

2 days after my payment I was disconnected due to non-payment which was not the case, I phoned through to reactivate my account because payment was in fact made and they disconnected me in error.

Today the 30th August I discovered that I am still being charged the R50 re-conection fee even after they disconnected me in error, I phoned again to have this corrected as I don't believe that I need to pay an additional R50 if they disconnect me after my monthly installment was made.

Bongiwe is a disgusting human being interrupting me the whole time and trying to convince me how to go about living my life on a Sunday. She is the worst Customer service agent i have had to deal with ever in my life, me as the customer cannot even say anything she just bluntly ignores everything I say and dictates the conversation PATHETIC!!!

Then I spoke to her manager on duty or so he claims to get this absurd R50 removed from my account, only to find out that they will not. PATHETIC!
