Payment was made on my account on the 25th June 2013. They kept on disconnecting the line. We kept on phoning and sending proof of payment, we actually took proof of Payment to the East Rand Mall branch. I spoke to a Mr B. Mutlanini and he promised the line would not be disconnected again. Yesterday the line was disconnected once again. Phoned them this morning and had to speak to several different people, and still the line is disconnected. NOBODY knows what is going on there, depending one the person you speak to you get different amounts different version of a story. Not even there sms's are the same. I have aked for account to be sent to my email as it just stopped in April, to no avail. Now I have asked for a recon on my account and that is 24 working hours. This is ridiculous. For the amount of time I spent on the phone with them and the fuel money spent to actually take the proof of payment to them, they actually ow me. All I want to know is why is this line being disconnected if the received the payment and when will this be resolved. They way I feel now is cancelling my contract as they are in bridge of contract.
