Charged for decoder swop that did not occur!

I am very disappointed in the service I received at the new Mutlichoice offices in Witbank, Rivercrescent centre. The three ladies were arrogant, had me charged for a decorder swop that did NOT occur, and refused to reverse the funds. They said i must call head office. Which I did, only to be told that I must sort it out at the oulet!? R510 is still outstanding according to them, but no swop took place. I had my decoder tested, they sent a new signal to see if my box office would load, and that was it. They said if my decoder was still not working, i could bring it back and they would gladly swop it. They took the liberty to order a decoder in the meantime, pre-empting that a swop would take place. I want my money reversed with immediate effect. I can not recommend that outlet to anyone, as professional behaviour is seriously lacking. Multichoice has always given me great service and assistance, it is unfortunate that this happened.
