MULTICHOICE BAD SERVICE AND REPEAT PROBLEMS

Less than a year ago my decoder gave an error message on the front panel stating 2==2, i called the call center and after several transfers they said they didn't know what the problem was or how to fix it. They instructed me to take the decoder to the nearest agent.

After standing in the queue at the agent's for almost 2hours they advised me that they too did not know what the problem was or how to fix it, but that they would send it away to be checked and for a nominal fee I could swop my faulty one.

Little did I know that I was just exchanging a broken decoder for a less broken one, because now within the same year this decoder is displaying the very same error. I have called the call center who have no idea how to solve the problem. I asked to speak to a manager and was kept on hold for over 30minutes.

The call center agent has once again advised me to take the decoder in to the agent to have it tested, but I explained to him that they are unable to assist me. To this day they have not given me a cause or reason for this problem, the guarantee on the swop out was only 3months - i suspect they are well aware of their shoddy workmanship and that another fault is inevitable.
