I am having a problem with top tv. On 30 November 2013 my decoder stopped working. It had only been installed on 15 October 2013, it wasnt even 2months old yet. I have been calling top tv on 0860086788 from 2 December 2013 & someone from there eventually contacted me back &told me that my decoder is under warranty they can send me a new one, so therefore he contacted CTV who have installed the decoder in october. Their numbers are 0824516839, 0314013952. I waited over a week & no response from CTV so I called them & a lady there said they cant come & put a new decoder for me because their system is not allowing a swop. How is that possible that they cant do a swop when they installed a decoder that stopped working before 2months? 13 December 2013 i called top tv again, & someone from top tv told me that they spoke to the supervisor and told me that they wil be sending me a decoder from their side and it takes 7 working days to get to me. I contacted them again a week later & they said i should be receiving it that week. I even sent an email to top tv on 28 December 2013 but today is already the 7th January 2014 and no one has contacted me yet.
