NO REFUND AFTER 3 MONTHS

On Saturday 25th of May, I in error over paid our multichoice account.

I should have paid: R1301.90 and I paid R13001.90.

I phoned in straight away and was informed that you would refund me the
amount of R11026.23, within 7 working days.

I gave all bank details etc. The gentleman confirmed that all was in order.

I would have money returned into my account NO LATER than 4th June 2013.

IT IS NOW 15 AUGUST .. we have recived calls prmoising money to be refunded and still nothing!!!

I over paid with all my savings and now sit with no money!!! and empty promises.

I have phones 15 times, emailed over 30 times.. and tweeted 6 times and still nothing
