No response from their contact us section

About two days ago, I phoned TopTv about temporary stoppage of subscription of their services until further notice.
Account holder now deceased.
A consultant told me to query about it on their website, and I did.
Still awaiting response.
Is there no e-mail address for someone in the billing department?
