On the 18th May 2013 i requested that multichoice open an account in my name because i have been using my ex husband's account thou the money was being paid from my bank account. The guy i spoke to told me that it was no problem and that the money already paid by me for that month would be transferred to my new account. I kept on receiving sms's that my account was in arrears, i phoned multichoice to query this and they told me that i only needed to pay for the extra view which i had just connected and that the difference amount was R88.00. Fine i made that payment but to my shock my debit order for June was double the installment amount which was more than R600. I phoned multichoice to ask them about this they told me that the money in the other account had not been transferred to my new account and that they were transferring it. I made a follow up on the transfer but still nothing had been done they told me that i had to email my ID copy and bank statement which i did but still my problem has not been solved they continue to debit my account with the incorrect amount in other words they owe me an amount of R257.00 and i want my money correctly plaved why must i pay extra?
