Empty promises and no refund as promised

I changed boquets to a cheaper option. Money was debited from my account. I phoned them and on 29/11 i was informed that refund will be done to my bank account, but will reflect on 10/12 only. I went to the bank 11/12 just to see nothing was refunded. Further i start to call and e-mail them. After many agents excuses all differ from explanations up to figures that will be refunded. I was told by Lerato on 11/12 that refund will take place on the same day. I phoned today 12/12 just to findd out from Phomelo that the amount had changed again an that this was done only this morning and that i have to wait for deposit of cheque to show on my bank account for yet another 4-7 days. This is totally unacceptable for a promise that was not kept for refund that should have been in my account by 10/12/2013.
