An incorrect debit amount was taken out of my bank account which I had to query and request for a refund of
R280-00. My question, would Multichoice have reversed the error if I had not queried it? I complained to the supervisor, Abdool Ismail who stated that the error was not that of Multichoice but of another customer who had paid into my Multichoice account in error. He confirmed that the refund could only be deposited back into my account in three days time. After the three days, still no refund and when I asked to speak to Mr Ismail, I was informed that he is away on leave. Another supervisor informed me that the cheque is waiting at my bank for authorisation and once it has been authorised, there will be a clearance period of seven days.

This is totally unacceptable service!!! I have to be out of pocket and no body cares!!!
