Unauthorised Debit Order on my Account

27 November 2012 I purchased a Walka at the Randburg walk in centre and paid for it by Credit Card. On 25 March 2013 I suddenly have a debit order off my bank account for R899 and when enquiring what this was for I was told for a purchase that was not paid for. How would I have been allowed to leave with the goods if I did not pay for them? I was then requested to forward my bank statement and proof of payment which I have duly done 3 times already and have numerous e-mails to and from the call centre confirming receipt and that the issue is being attended to. Twice Customer Liaison (Pulane and Portia) have phoned me to assure me it will be rectified in 3-5 days and my money would be refunded. After two and a half months I think Multichoice have had more than enough time to resolve this issue and would now like someone with authority who can arrange a refund to contact me.

Hopefully this will be my last resort and someone at Multichoice can finally sort this problem out.
