I am utterly disgusted with the service that my retired parents are receiving from Multichoice (AJ Craig - 87748146). My father went to pay Multichoice on the 06 July 2013. He had to pay the account via the self help facility in the store on the 06/07/2013, once he was done paying he realized that the machine deducted the payment amount twice from my mother's credit card account because it was extremely slow on the day. He then called Multichoice to advise of this error and request a refund. He was then advised that it would take 7 working days to refund him his money. He then called after the 7 days was finished and was advised that a cheque was paid into the ABSA account and that it would take 7 days to clear. He then went to ABSA to see if this was actually the case and was advised that nothing had been paid into the account. He then called again and advised them that there was no cheque paid into the account. Funny how their calls are recorded but they telling the clients. So now they are asking for a whole lot of stuff because now it's a matter that the credit card account is not in my father's name but in my mothers. MY PARENTS just want THEIR MONEY!!! DISGUSTING SERVICE
