Waiting for my dt order money to be refunded

I have sent e-mails, phoned several times, not only get different answers but the only reply to my e-mails was that I have already been assisted. Although I asked for the service to be stopped (what happened on the 28 of January), the full monthly subscription amount was still deducted from my bank account. When I phoned on 28 January 2014 the lady told me that it would be back in my bank account within 24 to 48 hours. I said to her that if it was going to be a problem they should continue the service until the end of Feb as I do not want to wait forever for my money to be refunded. After a few days I phoned again, then I was told that it takes 7 days. After 8 days, no refund in my bank account, after another phone call they told me that I have already been refunded & I should just wait another day for the money to reflect in my bank account. It is now 10 days later, several e-mails & phone calls - still no refund or service!!! Today I received an e-mail from Multichoice enquiries team informing me that according to their records I have been "assisted"! Moral of the story never ever sign a debit order for someone else to take money from your bank account.
