Bad birthday attitude

I am a regular player at Sibaya spending up to R50 000.00 over a period of 3 months. This however seems to mean nothing to Levi who when called to deal with my problem gave me a bad attitude and basically told me to get lost.
It is my birthday month and I received an sms to say that there was a gift sent to my postal address and if I didnt get it please let the casino know - I thought I would drive to Sibaya and chat to the MVG desk - the lady there was unable to help me and called Levi.
He approached me with an aggressive attitude and basically told me that i wasnt able to read properly because the sms said I needed to call or email and they would prepare the voucher for me - I asked him why he couldnt take my details and then arrange the voucher for me. He proceeded to tell me that if he issued me a voucher yesterday and one arrived in the post - I would use both - so implying that I am dishonest. I dont appreciate being treated like a dishonest person and take strong exception to his attitude with me.
