Multichoice delaying refund

I contacted Multichoice during July 2013 to cancel my contract as I no longer trequired their services efefctive 21 July. They still, in error, deducted the money off my account for 1 August and when I called again I was instructed to apply for a refund on 1 August, which I was told I would received in 7 working days. After 7 working days it was still not in my account so I called again to hear that I muct wait another 7 working days to call. 7 working days later I call again as it is not in my account to be told now, on the 19 August, that I need to wait another 7 working days. This service is disgusting seeing as the moeny was taken off my account in Multichoice's error yet I am having to continually ask for it? Over a month later. This institution is one of the most unprofessioanl I have ever had to deal. And that includes governmental departments.
