They say how can we delight you... well for my you can't as it has been 1 weeks since i purchased a PVR Decoder and installed it as my primary decoder (since i have extra view), The primary Decoder is working fine, it is the Secondary decoder that does not work. It has been a week and phonecall on phonecall on phonecall. I am tired of spending more than an hour on the phone each time with the Call Centre staff who can not fix this problem. I was told on Sunday that a consultant/ Technical person will phone me within 2 hours... Yah right I am still waiting. The EXtra view is not working. How difficult is it just to replace my primary decoder with the PVR one and ensure that the Extra View (Secondary) decoder is working. I am expecting multichoice to phone me to fix this problem or send someone to come and fix this at their expence and cost - not me!!! because I have had it to stuggle and phone and phone and phone each time running up my cell phone bill and still not resolving the problem. Please try to delight me...
